Service Intervals-- based on milage or time?
Hi,
So my basic question is, my car only has 500 miles on it but is about a year old.. can I get an oil change/annual service now or do I have to wait till I have the appropriate miles? Thanks |

I am almost positive that they will change it at mileage OR time (1 year). Definitely call the dealer and ask them, if so then set up an appointment.

You are entitled to an oil change once a year AND when the car calls for an oil change. Once you get past the on year mark take your car in and tell the dealer you want your free "low mileage oil change."
