Lux White Rings - Installed!
Hey everyone, I know a lot of people have been waiting for these. I recieved my LUX White rings two days ago, installed them yesterday, and was able to take photos today. These are great! Very bright! You're able to see them during the day if you look closely, but the minute the sun starts to set you can see them perfectly!
If you guys are looking for info on the install, I think it can be done without taking the wheel off, but I did it with taking the wheel off. The install isn't that hard, just remember that for the enclosure for the original angel eye bulb and where the LUX kit goes, theres a top clip as well. The rest is pretty simple and straight foward from the instructions. Enjoy:

Great to hear someone finally got these installed
they look great can you take a pic from like 15 feet away showing both lights. How was the install? Time... difficulty?

My install time was about 30-45 minutes, the first side I did took me a while, because it was a while since I did my PMBs and I forgot about the top clip, the second side I did in about 15 minutes.
Also if anyone is wondering, there was no tweaking done to this pictures, these were straight from my RebelXT (which were taken in RAW format and then just converted and resized to JPG. Heres some more pics:

I believe the LUX kit goes for $140 while the Brex retails for around ~$250. We haven't had a direct comparison between the two though, but I'm pretty sure the LUX is just as bright, if not brighter (as MDS82 stated). The unit for the Lux is pretty big compared to that of the Brex.
I'd say theyre between 4350K and 5000K. These are basically white, like a plain, direct, straight on white.

Looks great!
I was waiting a month for this pic! lol I have a question. Lux is LED? From the picture, I think the brightness is almost same as brex.
