+1 - I wouldn't use "code car", ever. I dunno, it just sounds like a recipe for disaster unless proven otherwise.

e90/e92 retrofitted CIC dump
Hi, is there anyone (in US/Canada) with a retrofitted CIC? I would like to compare a dump of the trace file to diagnose a problem with my Bluetooth. It sorta half way connects.. I can dial from the phone and it plays thru' the car but the car says bluetooth is not connected, even though it shows the signal strength on the screen. can anyone help? Thanks. |

I thought I've seen it before but couldn't find it ... is there a function to prevent LCI AE from dimming or just make it stay at full voltage?

Yeah darn it ... I think what I saw somewhere along the way maybe for pre-LCI ...
I've seen this somewhere... anybody tried it?: Code:
PWM_FL_FKT_DRL_33 wert_01 to wert_03 = Dimmungswert |

QUITT_BLK_ENTSICHERN QUITT_BLK_SICHERN Seems "QUITT" has something to do with clown nose. "Sichern" means lock and "Entsichern" means unlock. So maybe these work. I only have these in my code car options. |

For those that have successfully added the OE alarm, can you detail what changes you made. I added $302 to the VO but the alarm isn't functioning. The clown nose does blink, but it did so before any coding changes were attempted.

Guys, if you got INPA then connect to the Alarm module, go to Activate and see if you can turn on the LED at all.
I think the infrared module that goes in the roof has the actual logic for the LED. |

We are trying to figure out if it is possible to turn the Clown Nose on without actually having the alarm module...
