Okay to just swap 1 coil?
So was having a bad misfire. Read the JB4 code and came up with Misfire on Cylinder 3. Changed all the sparks and the code came back. Swapped coil packs with cylinder 2 and the code followed over to cylinder 2. Bad coil.
So as the subject states. Is it okay to swap out 1 bad coil or do I need/should to do them all. Thanks guys! |

Changing out one is fine. From my experience, the others followed down the road though. But for now, there won't be any problems with one new one.

nothing wrong with just changing one coil. I would change all of them though and be over with it...
