But I have to admit, 18" winter wheels look much better than 17". At least you'll be styling in the winter too.

I think replica wheels are fine as long as you don't choose a design that looks too delicate. Overall, most replica wheels are made in Europe and have to follow certain industry standards. So it's not going to be crap.

just an update on the performance of these tires....

they're amazing in the ice and snow. there was a lot of wet snow here today, and coupled with a big temperature drop, iced up a lot of the roads. there were at least 2 or 3 cars in the ditch in my first 5 minutes of driving with the cops closing the highway, but the car stayed firmly planted with the DSC really kicking in. the tires seem really grippy and solid. highly recommended.

Anybody know where to get those rims in the US? And what's the advatage of going 17" for winter over 18". I really like the look of the 18" better.

Thanks!

I think the part# is 36131180419 . After looking more carefully at their site I realized that they have the same part listed twice, under the same part #. I'm going to email and confirm though

after doing some research i went with the Hankook, same model as what you got.

i was looking at the dunlops and pirelli's as options, but the reviews i read on the web about the Hankook's were as good, if not better than the other brands, and for quite a bit less money. pirelli's actually got pretty crappy write-up's
