Quaife has an application for your 330i and is in stock.

Wavetrac does not have an application for your car at this time.

So this is the entire pumpkin? As in I would just need to pop the car on a lift, remove the entire stock differential and pop in the new one? Then I send you guys my stock?

Why is the 3.46 setup so much more expensive? Also, what's the diff in RPMs on the highway with this unit - will the car be screaming at 70mph?

Because a brand new BMW 3.46 final drive is used for the build.

You are looking at a 550 rpm increase going from the 3.08 to 3.46 in the high gear. Will you call 3K rpm screaming? That is where you will be.

what will the final drive be with the wavetec LSD on 2008 AT compared to stock? If I was willing to drive up to santa barbara would u guys be able to install one that same day or u guys only sell products?

Same final drive ratio with the Quaife LSD install.

We have a showroom and two installation facilities here in SB. Yes, it can be done in one day. Be prepared to show up first thing in the morning as the install take about 7 hours.

Would be sweet to get the 3.46 ratio, but I'm always on the highway doing around 80 and don't really want to be at 3500 rpm all the time lol.

So for a DD, anything wrong with getting the wavetrac over the quaife? Great to have the traction on acceleration, but I'm more interested in this for winter driving and actually turning both rear wheels in the case I hit a little snow. The locker in the rear of my Jeep works wonders

Nothing wrong with the Wavetrac, but the Quaife has proven to be more reliable and noise free.
