This is the Professional Kit which has no VIN limit. It retails for $675 new plus shipping. Willing to let it go for $600 including shipping.

Includes 6' USB-to-OBDII cable only. Choose this option if you do not need to work on cars before model year 2001.

Unfortunately no. As previously mentioned, I will not drop the price as I can stiol;l use it on my M3. Another thought is if a current Enthusiast version owner wants to upgrade and can get their VINs cleared (one time is allowed by BT), I will trade for their Enthusiast version plus $300.
