Anyone have a plastic covering for the dome light for a 2008 e92? One of the clips on it fell off and won't hold. Dealer wants to replace the whole dome light fixture..and I say the hell with that. Thanks!

GL with that. I know if you break the plastic, the entire dome needs to be replaced.

anyone find a place to buy the plastic cover? I was hardwiring my V1 and accidentally broke two of the plastic tabs which hold the lens in and now it just falls out randomly... it seems like something that should cost like $2 but ive searched everywhere and cant find it

There aren't two tabs on the lens, there is only 1 small tab. I thought I had broken mine too when installing my LED lights, but it just takes a lot of force to get it back in. You have to put the front part of the lens in first then put lots of force on the back part of the lens to get it into pop in.
