et13 on an 18x8.5 wheel in the rear is not that aggressive at all actually. it is less aggressive than a et30 18x10 wheel.

so running 255/35/18 with oem sport suspension won't rub? i even rolled my fenders already. but now the front wheels look larger in diameter than the rears is it normal? cause i used the e90post wheel/tire calculator and thats what it showed. 25.09 inches in front and 25.03 inches at rear

another thing, after i changed the tires and drove for a little while that tire thing display on the dash came on with a red color. i "INIT" it and it went away, was i right to do that?

8.5 in the front with 225/40/18

now the rear aren't rubbing at all, atleast with 2 passengers in front and going trhough a big dip. but the front ones are what im concerned with now cause they are sticking out a little from what i see.

offset in front? are these 4 identical wheels? if so, your rubbing is in the front... et13 is perfect for the rear, but if its the same offset in the front then ur in trouble.

i still can't be quite sure if it is rubbing in the front as i have not lowered the car yet and the gap seems good enough for great compression. have to see though.

et13 good for the rear? what offset do most people go with for the rear?

ET30, but that depends on a number of other things like tire size, rim size, suspension,etc...

no wonder u rub dude...

it looks like u got 18x8.5 et13 on all four corners! you can run 18x8.5 et13 in the back no problem, its perfect. but on the front, its TOO AGGRESSIVE. you need et30 in the front!

19x8.5 et11 sticks out as far as 19x10 et30, and 19x10 et30 is basically the standard that all the wheel manufacturers use. so yes et13 is ok

i would not put up with even the slightest rub, no my wheels dont rub at all. there are actually a handful of members using 19x10 in rear with no problems whatsoever.

Using the wheel calculator above, when comparing your front wheels with the OEM ones, you get...

15mm MORE clearance on the strut side, and the outside edge of the wheel will EXTEND an extra 27mm

Keep in mind that there are 25.4 mm in an inch. So you're sticking out more than an inch vs stock.
