Oct 2011 MF/residual info and incentives for '11 335xi sedan for 24month/10k?
Hi all,
My lease isn't over until the end of November but my dealer seems very interested in getting my car back as they seem to be low on CPOs (and my car has very low miles on it). I have a car in mind that they're able to get but I can't seem to find the info I need to determine the best pricing for the lease. Does anyone have the October 2011 money factor and residual for a 2011 335xi sedan for 24 months and 10k miles/year? As far as incentives, they presented two - $1000 for loyalty (this will be my third BMW through this dealer), and $1840 option credit (this appears to be for AWDs). I also saw on BMW's site a $750 Lease/APR dealer cash incentive. Are all 3 of these incentives valid, and could I stack all 3? Thanks! |

The car I am looking at is a MY2011 E90 335xi for 24mo/10k. The MSRP is 56,350 (has premium/sport/cold/conv/nav/harmon kardon/etc.) It looks like I'm eligible for up to $3590 in incentives ($1840 option credit, $1000 loyalty, and $750 Lease/APR cash, as seen on BMW's site). Their ballpark figure was something like $875/month with $0 down, which I knew was way too high. Assuming my math is correct, I should be able to get a monthly payment under $600 with those figures and incentives using $0 down. |

![]() With a sticker of $56,350 the invoice should be around $52,000. Assuming $500 over invoice, let's go with a $52,500 selling price minus $3590 incentives for a cap cost of $48,910. Assuming no cap cost reduction and you roll the acquisition fee, you should be at $612/mo pre-tax for 24 months and 10k miles per year. Hope that helps! ![]()

The sales guy also seemed really interested in getting my current lease back right now, even though I still have 6 weeks left on it. I got it in '08 but it's a MY2009 335xi with premium/sport/cold/nav/sat/heated steering wheel/auto. It was on a 3 year lease and it currently has ~17,400 miles on it. I was looking through their CPO inventory, and they have nothing that's 3 years old with mileage that low. A lot of their '11 CPOs actually had more mileage than my current car. He did imply that I could get them (or BMW) to cover my last month's payment. *crosses fingers* |

My dealer made at least $5k when I turned my loaded 335xi in. My residual was 29k, I was offered 27k by an out of state dealer willing to go low. I decided to go diesel and turned it in. They sold it the next week for $35k.
They want your car alright. They will make a nice margin on it. Good luck!

So, I also posted this question on Edmunds.com at the same time I posted on here, as I was doing a wide search. The host of the forum on Edmunds.com just posted this reply:
BMW Financial Services' October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2011 335xi Sedan with 10,000 miles per year are .00185 and 67%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. This pretty much confirms the MF, but he is saying the residual for 24mo/10k for a 2011 E90 335xi is 67%, not 69% as jopa489 previously posted. Do you know which value is correct? 67% does seem low for 24mo/10k on a 335xi. |
