I would but i'm moving to saudi and it doesn't make sense to take the car over there when you can buy them so much cheaper over there. Plus not sure how long i'll be there. I was just going to pay the payments and have my mom or sister take it but they don't want it...lol... I did put an incentive on it but you guys have to realize that the car was 54,000 with everything on it. Furthermore, if anyone has an issue with procede i can take it off. It only has 500 miles with the Procede on it.

A 3 year lease, on a completely loaded 335, with the OP getting the car at full MSRP would be about his rate; I am assuming that includes FL sales tax?

Uh, I don't think he got screwed if it's a fully loaded 335.

right now I'm pricing out 335xi's, and I want to get one with everything except Active Cruise and HD Radio. The cap cost will be $50,500 after the dealer's 3% discount off MSRP.

36-month, 12k lease, 0.00275 MF, no down would result in a lease payment of about $810. I should be able to lower that with MSDs... I hope.

Whats the residual value? Can't you just sell it for something close to the residual?
I bought a colleague's Audi a few years back out of a lease.
