Who opened the gates?

For 3 days Wifey and I have been enjoying minimal crowds in Vegas. No waits for the valet to bring the car, no need for reservations at the restaurants, no major crowds choking the sidewalks of The Strip. All that changed today with the influx of the long weekend crowd. What a zoo tonight. We stopped into Walgreens because I needed shaving cream and it was absolutely packed. I couldn't believe it.

(As a side note, women who make everyone wait and wait and wait while they dig to the bottom of their purse for exact change SHOULD BE SHOT.)

The weather has been perfect, though. Good for walking around and touring the parks. I love driving through the hinterlands here. Beauty everywhere.

Is there still a bunch of mexican kids and grandparents handing out prostitute cards all along the strip?
I am surprised they allow that..

One year i went to Vegas a few weeks before xmas. I got a handful of those peeler cards and stuffed them in a Coach money clip that i was giving my brother for xmas. It was pretty funny when he opened it in front of the family with a hundred stripper cards in the wallet.

EVERY 3 DAMN FEET YES. They all snap the cards too. So irritating. I was very curious of WHAT shows up at your door if you call. I KNOW SOMEONE ON HERE HAS CALLED...Fess up!

I just got back last night. Had a fantastic time. Sat to Wed. Stayed at the VDARA. Didn't care that they didn't have a casino, the ARIA and COSMO was across the street. All the rooms were suites. The bed and pillows were awesome. Should of bought some. Had buffets at the Aria and the RIO...I recommend.

I'm glad we went at the time b/c I'm not a fan of crowds. Didn't have to wait for much.

Had a rental and toured Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater and Hoover Dam.

Or you can just call the Hot Babes directly. These damn trucks are everywhere screwing up traffic. Must cost a bundle to run these trucks 24/7.

I was there from last Wed through Tue and in my opinion Vdara is the best place to stay in Vegas if you don't want to deal with the casino and smoke. I was going to call one of the ladies off the cards but my wife seems to think that the 75$ "massage special" implies that the lady would try to touch my junk.

I will make sure that the next time we go back is a Sun-Thur so we don't have to deal with the crowds.
