Lowering an MSport?

Hi, I've put a deposit today on an 56 plate 325i Msport touring, my question is should I lower it? a couple of my Independent BMW specialists I deal with through work have said don't lower it... however I just want the arch gap closed a bit more than it is... I've done a search but didn't really find an answer... also which Eibachs shall I go for?

thanks
