Love sunken treasure. Kind of a more contemporary version of the bronze volks people used to use. Any thoughts of sunken treasure on alpine white? Think it would look good on black, but not sure on a white e90 lci sedan vs. gunmetal.

I think Sunken Treasure would look pretty good on AW.

White is one of those colors that can pull off just about any finish for wheels. If anything AW would be one of the best colored cars to pull it off!

Agreed!

White cars can pull off any color wheels. Sunken Treasure would look great.

i wish had the balls to try a color like Midnight Blue. i plan on powdercoating my VMR 715's soon and this was one of initial target colors (for E90 TiAg), but i just don't think my balls are big enough.

i had a buddy Photoshop it for me, and it steered me away. but to be fair, i don't think he captured the color accurately.

IDK but if it even comes close to the photoshop picture, it would steer me - far away..

Going with a color like blue is a bit of a gamble but on the right car I think it would look awesome. It's a bit tough to see in the studio shot, but in real life the color is amazing. It's one of my favorite finishes we have done and I'm surprised nobody has done it yet!

Here's an example of how it looks in direct sunlight.

Excuse the quality of the photo of course though.

In real life it's a deep metallic blue. On a white, silver, or black car I think it would look fantastic.

The color looks awesome - just hard to apply to a car. Maybe a white m3 show car, but even then it may need some matching stripes or something to bring it in.

Oh I don't know about that. Like I said, on the right car they would look great.

Sunken Treasure is a very dynamic finish, and it's one of the most highly requested ones we offer. Very difficult to truly grasp what it looks like in a photo!
