Another water Pump thread - is it the pump??

I had to take my car to a shop because of some issues I caused coding things... and when it left the shop I had a mysterious overheating episode.

To put some backstory on this, I had put all computer code back to the way the car left the factory, but my headlights were acting crazy (nothing was as it should be). Initially the shop told me I just had some lights out. I told them to try again. Next I had wiring issues up front because of a dynavin installed in the car (it pulled switched 12V from the fuse box). Then it was cause of all of the wires sticking out of the radio compartment (the wires from the dynavin that connect to the factory harness). Needless to say, I don't feel as if I got a straight answer and will not be returning to said shop.

When I got the car back the headlights did work, but I was told I had wiring issues up front. Imaging my surprise when, evidently, I actually do have wiring issues now.

Is there any way to diagnose these electronics? I see a big red wire, brown goes to ground literally three inches away, then there's a lavender and orangish wire. With the key in the ignition, motor not turned on, I get 8.5 V on the red wire, 7.8V on the lavender wire, and 0.4ish on the orange wire. Should these all be 12V?? Do they come directly from the battery or go through other terminals as well?

Just looking for some help... I can't seem to find an electrical diagram.

Also, I'm now a huge fan of the absurd warning indication. That was an awesome 10s to let things cool down.

Forgot to check fuse 80.. somehow it became a blown 40 amp fuse when it left the shop instead of a 30 amp fuse that it was when it went in. So nice of the shop to do that for me.
