Ive had this problem on my e92 a couple times. Follow these steps:

Open the hood
Pop out the headlight access cap
Grab a hair dryer, set it on cool and blow it directly into the headlight
Should take a few minutes for the condensation to go away

Actually anyone with this problem should follow these steps:

Make appointment with dealer
Bring car into dealership
Get new headlight(s)

My car has had a bit of condensation in both lamps at the inside corner right up against the kidney grills. I've never once seen it go away even in miserable heat. I took it in and the dealer is awaiting approval from bmwna to replace the units. I wouldn't care at all if it weren't for the fact that it's hazy enough that half of my high beam led corona rings look muddy and blurred. I'll be damned if I have a year old BMW with shitty headlights.

My fogs have condensation too. Mentioned it at the dealer and they ordered new ones no questions asked.
