This has been fixed with 1.6 for IOS. The new problem now is I can't reply to any forum, PM or any message. It lets me type it and hit Send on top right but nothing happens.

Yea I just caught that and re-subbmitted a fixed version 1.61 to Apple for approval, hopefully by monday the next version will be approved and available from the store.

But for anyone who is seeing this message, DO NOT UPGRADE TO v1.6. Please wait for version 1.61.

to admins and programmers for the app. despite the bugs, it's still a very functional and useful app for my iPhone an iPad. Makes coming to bimmerpost so much easier than via safari on mobile devices. thanks guys

So I just downloaded the 1.6 version app. Anyone else having trouble with the send button when replying to a post. It doesn't seem to be working for me.

My issues, and don't know if these have been addressed before:

1) I would like to see the ability to edit our own posts on the iphone, ipad, etc. Right now I am unable to since it doesn't allow me to after I post something. (if i'm doing something wrong, please let me know)

2) I would like the ability to edit the text in a quote when you respond to someone else's post by quoting them. (Again, if this feature already exists, please let me know)

3) In the messages section, I would like the ability to see the "sent message" folder.

4) Sometimes, while in a thread, or after posting, I can go back to the general forum page. I'm stuck in the thread and there is no "back" button where it should be.

5) Reply function in private messaging isn't working

What would be really useful is if they added a forum search feature. I hate having to use the web version to use search as it is not available in the app version.

Im having this problem as well. I tap on "Send" and nothing happens.

Something that's really missing that I'm sure all of us would use is being able to Subscribe to threads and view what you have already subscribed to.
