1M HPFP Different than 335i
I have heard a couple of rumors that the 1M hpfp is better than the current one in our 135/335 regardless if you have the original or most current one.
Can anyone confirm this?

The new pump I believe is called hpep or marketing purposes or high pressure exchange pump but it's the same crap and if you get your pump changed enough you will end up with this one the problem is that the hpfp is not the only issue in the fuel system but most other component benefit when it's replaced with a new one

The newest n54 pump is from the 1m. The part number ends in 170. I had the 933 pump for 10k miles before the long cranks started. I was not throwing any codes, but the dealer changed the pump with the 1m part without question.

How long have then been using the 1M pump?
I went from having pump issues every 2 months to not having an issue the past 4-6 months
