Hi just picked up my 08 3 weeks ago... I'm not very savvy with coding at all... i'm willing to travel and supply a few beer and a donation for someone to do some coding for me.

I can't pm anyone till after 5 msg's i guess... I'm in London but travel to the GTA all the time.

i don't want much coded. just drl swap for ae's and corner lights deleted.

need to code out the errors on my new lci tail lights for e92. let me know if you can code them

What line of code(s) did you change in the FRM module to accomplish this? Will it still flash 2 or 3 times at first or is it completely off at unlock?

I changed the following but for some reason it turned off all my welcome lights except for the corners flashing:

WL_BLK_V ----> nicht_aktiv

EDIT: It appears the reason why my welcome lights would not come on at all is because I got a low battery warning during the coding process. I guess it's a built in safety feature. I recoded back to the original settings while troubleshooting so I still don't know if the above code is all I need. I'll give it a try again soon.

EDIT2: Tried it again and it works

It will only flash upon unlock and then remain off

(Flashing can be turned on/off through the Idrive)

Hi, Can anyone in the GTA Code my e92 335i please, i ordered the LCI taillights need them coded, also need front amber delete, fold mirror on lock, digital speed, also led drl warning delete.... any other cool codes.. willing to pay a reasonable price, need this done asap!

follow the instructions in the above link and you will find coding is quite easy. I just received the cable early this week and now I have folded mirrors, real digital speed in cluster ect.

I live in Vaughan too. I can help you for free if you still think you need assistance. I'm also a newbie.

I tried in on win 7 64 bit but failed. Then got it working on 32bit xp. Never tried 32bit win7 or 64bit xp.

I couldn't get it work in xp mode(which is 32bit) on win7 64bit.

is there a code to have the "puddle lights" (under the handles) go on when i put the car in reverse?

i did a search for this but came up empty.

Ive downloaded the files, and followed instructions, untill i found out, it doesnt work on my laptop windows 7 64 bit, so i got stuck there.. lol

Can someone chine in and confirm whether the software issues are with the 64-bit processor or the 64-bit operating system?

I can always install a 32-bit version of Windows on a 64-bit processor, but if it's the hardware then I'm screwed

I'm running 32 bit xp on 64-bit processor and it works perfectly. It is said 32bit xp running on vmware should also work but I've never tied that.

I'm running 64bit Windows 7 on a 64bit processor perhaps like you I can run the 32bit Windows 7 instead

I also coded my car successfully on 32bit windows 7.

Or you can go 32bit virtual windows XP on a 64 bit windows 7 machine.

Anybody near Mississauga able to help me out? i'm looking to do corner delete, and disable the light check. I'm looking at buying the cable too, but would like to see how difficult it is to program before i get into it. I'd be willing to pay, or buy a few beers for anybody who is able to help.
