Noise after LSD install

I had a Wavetrac installed in my diff this week. The shop only did the actual install of the limited slip into the housing, I did the rest. I also installed a Hotchkis rear-sway bar. Now when I drive the car everything feels fine, no vibration, no whine but when I brake occasionally there is a noise like tire rubbing a loose panel. I have checked everything and could not see anything that was loose or that might be interfering. Any Ideas?
