Service at one of these dealers?
I need my brake fluid changing as the idrive is showing yellow warning and I have got till the end of this month. As I have BMW extended warranty (grumbling under my breath) have to take it to a dealer
![]() This is my first time owning a BMW so first time approaching a dealer. I am based in the West Midlands and so far I have following - Sytner Oldbury Sytner Birmingham Benham Wolverhampton Rybrook warwick (This does appear to get good service reviews). Both Sytner dealers would be better for me as they are en route to my work. Anybody have expereince of the visting the above? I also need them to check as my car is feeling a little sluggish and has a oil leak somethere near the transmission |

I've used Sytner Oldbury a lot and I've had no issues whatsoever.
If you do decide to use them, even though the service department is quite well run,I would get there before the early morning rush. However, due to moving work locations,I'm possibly going to use Rybrook Worcester (just off J.6 of the M5). My first dealings with them did not go well. However I have spoken to the service manager and these issues have been ironed out. I shall probably be getting them to service my car and see how this goes(I've just got to see whether they will accept oil purchased from Opie!). I presume you know that you don't have to go to a main dealer to keep your warranty intact as long as any indi definitely uses oem products.Due to this, have you thought about this company: http://www.stourbridgeautomotive.co.uk/page/bmw_servicing I've not used them, but I've heard some good feedback. |

BMW insured (extended) warranty does mandate that all servicing is done at a BMW dealer. New car and Approved Used warranties aren't allowed to make the same stipulation, but somehow they can get away with it on the insured warranty
![]() Have you tried checking http://www.maindealerdiscount.com? |
