Lamin-X and M-Tech Fog Lights for e92

Lamin-X doesnt have any pre-cut film for the M-Tech fogs, but i found (1) thread here who asked about film for the E46 fogs fitting on the e92 m-tech fogs. no one ever answered ;(

has anyone tried this successfully?

I can't say anything about the fit.

However, I tried their "smoked" film specifically cut for my fog lights and I can say that it was disappointing. Their "smoked" film has a very noticeable violet/purplish tint, when lit up by sunlight or by the fog light itself. To me it didn't look good. After a week or so I removed the film and threw it away.

I don't know what color of Lamin-X film you are considering, but if you are also thinking about "smoked" one, beware of this potential issue.

I just used a universal sheet of lamin-x and cut to fit. It take a couple of tries but you can do it.
