Burger Tuning Angel Eyes

Anyone have any experience with these?

Im thinking about picking them up..I know there are better options, but i cant justify spending $200 + on lights...

I like mine a lot. Maybe not as bright as others, but still a noticeable difference and a nice clean white output. A great upgrade for the price imo.

Nice, I have both of those as well...although...I just ordered an Injen intake, so I'll probably be selling the DCI. Not sure when it will be available though.

Because I live in California and I believe it's one of the only CARB approved ones.

I've posted this many times before.....not the link. But I have mentioned that weisslicht, burger tuning etc are all re-branded 6W led units.

I also overpaid before I found these.

Weisslicht are marked up 300% by vendors.

A lot of companies sell these kits and they are all rebranded. Ive tried them not from BMS but from another company, cant see sh*t. They suckered me $180 at the time. Cant see them in the daylight at all. Dont let pics fool you. Go see them in person.

Lesson learned.

HPB is coming out with a new 6watt with adjustable fingers (to point into the angel eyes more) I will be testing those when they become available.

Until then there are only a few companies that sell a legit LED kit and it requires retro-fitting.

Otherwise you can go the HID route, which is insanely too bright and a pain to install.

To each his own I guess. I think they are still visible during the daytime, and at least produce a crisp white output instead of the yellow that the stock halogens do. With that being said, I didn't do a light mod to show it off during the daytime, I did it to improve the look in general. As far as the picture being misleading, it's showing you exactly what it looks like in a darker setting.

I still think it's good for the price, unless you want to spend the $$$ for one of those legit retrofit kits.

Bump of an aging thread only to add another opinion. I agree with Skinrock completely. I also have the Burger bulbs (2 months) and find they are a good way to rid the car of the ugly yellow rings, match the color of the low beam bulb, and provide a good look in lower light situations. They are not very bright in daylight, but I knew that in advance and I am happy with the product so far.

Agreed. I have them and think they look great for the price and BMS customer service is beyond amazing. Good luck.
