Sorry but I couldn't find the info, I tried snapping that part out but it didn't work

just look at this pic, you see the tray fixed with clips, just push them in, the tray will slide out. easy!

Do I push up away from the clips or do I push the container downward past the clips? The clips on the front and back are made of non-flexing plastic.. how do I get past that part?
