What gauge showed you a +2psi?
Boost gauges reference the atmosphere so at higher altitudes that means lower pressure. They will show zero no matter what altitude you are at. It means zero differential.
In other words most boost gauges are only accurate at sea level.

My autometer mechanical boost gauge. Stock I'd see ~8psi @ sea level, and at 4500' DA I'd see ~10psi. If what you said was correct re: gauges then the ECU is compensating even more than I thought.

Is the ECU compensating? More or less, however it depends on what you mean about the ECU compensating. The ECU sees the MAP sensor reading a negative pressure. For example where you are ~4500' your gauge should really read ~ -2psi, your gauge still reads zero because its diaphragm is equalized. However the MAP sensor is referencing an absolute vacuum or some other calibrated pressure therefore it knows the game, and sees that drop in pressure due to the higher altitude.
When you step on the gas the ECU spools the turbos until the MAP sensor reports that 8psi is achieved, but the ECU has to go the full range from -2psi-0-------8psi. Your boost gauge always starts from zero so it shows 0---------10psi.
It spools the turbos harder but the same boost level is achieved.

It was an Auto with paddle shifters. I used the paddle shifters and the sport mode (DS) only, never used the slap shifter.

I tried a combination of launches but the car was consistent to a 1tenth of a second on basicly all different configurations(paddle shifter with DTC off, Paddle shifters with DTC on, DS with DTC off, DS with DTC on, etc, etc)

13.63 @ 103 is fantastic considering it was SIR Tucson, one of the slowest tracks in the nation. I'd take the NHRA altitude conversion with a pinch of salt though. It was created for NA/SC cars, not turbocharged ones, and on top of that, the 335 overcompensates with extra boost at altitude. That might be the reason why it was faster than your prior stock Evos which don't compensate for higher altitudes.

Get this: Another board member at 5000+ elevation ran a 12.9 @ 107 last night in his 6MT.

Only change was PROcede. Of course he uses his manual tranny brake torquing technique that everyone makes fun of!
