I was Synter Chigwell yesterday trying to get my intermittent radio fault fixed.

No complaints what so ever though I found the two guys on the door checking names amusing. I walked straight past them so I guess I must have passed the test.

Any way my reason for posting is two fold:

One I have a terrible guilty feeling that I may have given your service receptionist - Nicki- a bit too much of a hard time. Frankly, I didn't expect it to be fixed and I am well aware of BMW warranty (I reckon it will need a new HU eventually). Whilst I was always polite and thanked her. She seemed a bit nervous. She did fine and I hope I was not the cause of it. If I was I apologise.

Secondly; this is my exact same issue - any ideas?

Ascot also have this new meet and greet team on service center, interestinv concept.

Certainly usefull in morning / PM when all customer base turns up to pick up and drop off cars

Ah don't worry about it - I'm sure she's fine
I haven't experienced/seen that radio issue before so wouldn't know where to begin. I'll leave it in our warranty advisor's capable hands, hopefully it doesn't drag out too long.

Sytner Sheffield have done this for a while. A guy in the car park notes your reg number and uses a walkie talkie to tell the staff you're on your way in.
