2011 LCI headlights one a 2010 e92 335xi? - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

hi guys i have a 2010 e92 and i got the new lci headlights. the headlights work but the angel eyes and turn signals flash. i heard coding could fix it but i havent found the cables to do it. also went to bmw they said to put the oem headlights does anyone knows how to fix the leds from not flashing?

Probably easier to just find a local coder to do it for you. Otherwise you'll have to order the cable which will take a couple weeks, plus updating the software, messing with it and learning how to use it. Only worth getting into coding if you want to do multiple things yourself or want to help out your friends too, etc.

Also I'm confused, you say you have 2010 e92, which is already LCI and should have "LCI headlights" by default.

i found the cable but its till 08 newer models dont have the coding cable yet.

my car isnt lic its just 2010 e92 i ran my VIN and it showed that my car doesnt have lci headlights but i put lci with the upgraded led upgrade

headlights tail lights are easy to fix. i dont want to by footmodulet 3 and led tailights cas that way i can fix them... i just want lci headlights on a NON lci car. looks like i need coding and idk many ppl that do that on newer bmw at least not in the area i live except bmw. so i just go with my OEM i guess.

this is what i did

only problem is the headlights LEDs.

yes but headlights are lci my car its not so im gonna go with my original lights no choice.

I brought it at BMW and they coded my entire car and they said I need to put the oem headlights.. Idk. I'm ginna try something that doesn't involve using the angel eyes or turn signal module. How much u charge for coding them?
