front sway / control arms - replace or replace bushings?

I've read plenty about folks who have replaced front sway with M3 sway and control arms for HD control arms or M3 control arms.

A cheaper route would be: replace stock front sway bushings with HD bushings, replace control arm bushings with HD bushings (example powerflex or BMW HD sold by HP Autowerk). My stock control arm boots look good and I'm thinking maybe stronger bushings would achieve some improvement in turn-in and feel.

Maybe you don't achieve the goodness of M3 parts, but has anyone tried either and would you give a thumbs up to the results?

Any reason why it's a bad idea?

You can replace the bushings in the front tension links w/HD bushings from Meyle (I think that's what HPA sells) and the sway bar bushings w/M3 bushings, which are much firmer, and brackets (that's what I did).

The HD tension link bushings will definately improve steering feedback and brake feel.
I can't tell a difference w/the M3 sway bar bushings.
