Same way as all lanes drive fast except the one that im in, but as soon as i switch to one of the "fast" lanes, it starts to go slow LMAO

I always see nice looking e92 328 (tinted tails acs roof spoiler) parked on palisade ave in fort lee. Anyone here?

The one right by the plaza building right? I gave up on trying to find out who that is but I see the car every day on my way to school, he used to have VMRs on before the winter too.

But a lot of what I spot is on river rd in edge idk why
