That works. What wheels are you currently running (size, offset, and tire size)?
Wheels are vmr v716. Tires are 225/35/19 and 265/30/19 and offset are I think 35 front and 38 rear.. Still looking for a real good deal on used camber caster..

I'm going to assume from your tire size you're running a 19x8.5 +35Front and 19x9.5 +38Rear?

The difference between the two is price too. Haha, but in all seriousness, them being adjustable plays a big roll in the difference. With a coil-over set up you can adjust height, dampening, and rebound. Also, with some coil-over set ups you can change springs for different spring rates (not saying that you can't do that with a strut & spring combo). As for handling I can't tell you on that because I've never run a strut and spring combo on my car so, I can't tell you the difference.
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up for the mixed issues. I'm going to rule out the lowering springs on OEM suspension because I don't want to screw it up, in case I want to sell my car down the road.

I think for the price of the Koni fsd and eibach kit on **********s I could just spend another 3-4 bills on coil-overs and have more benefits from it. Like you said go hard or go home haha

Yeah, people choose not to run that set up for that reason (resell).

You can also look at a used set too. There are some floating around for fair prices and decent milage too. Andy@LTBMW had his Koni Yellow + H&R's for sale but not sure if he sold it. If you decide to go coils, ST's are nice and so are KW V1's for the price. Jason (Yo.Hi. Red Devil) bought a pair of ST coil's and had SpeedElement & I install them. You can ask him for his opinion/review on his set up.

For $100 I'd pick it up and test it out. Then if you don't like it, flip it and go buy some coils. That's just my opinion. I know there's also the factor of installing and uninstalling but that's your choice. Just throwing it out there.

Well with the spacer thing.. The front have a bigger cap the rear.. Don't want the rear to come out to much.. With install and uninstall I do it. Just not try to work on all day..

Sweet, thanks man. I will message him and ask him about it. I like to do research and know my options way before I buy them, cause I don't plan on buying suspension for awhile. Got some other things I want to do first before all that. New shoes for sure, might buy Terry's in the summer lol and I still need to get my car aligned. My headlights are slanted because of my alignment and it bugs me.. What was the place you referred me to in Milpitas?

I have ST coils picked them up from **********s for a good price. The ride is perfect. The comfort is there, I came from non-sport suspension and it feels so much better lol. Not to mention looks a lot better unlike Jay's lifted look (Sorry Jay I had to)

For sure. I know what you mean with the research. You want to make sure you get the best bang for your buck and know what you get with it.

The place is called Auto Innovations out in Milpitas. Great group of guys and extremely helpful.

Yeah. I'm running -2 degrees of camber in the rear and I'm at -1 degree in the front (I need to check the front). I put hella miles on my car too!
