bluetooth compatibility - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hello everyone!
I bought my 2006 330i last Oct.29 and until now my bluetooth is not set up yet. Contacted South Bay BMW and seems very unhelpful and keeps on telling me to contact the BMW customer service. It is very frustrating cuz I have a bluetooth capability feature in my car and yet I can't use it.
Will somebody walk me through it?
