Will 18" VMR V710's fit my 335xi?
I've been looking around for rims and tires for a while now and i've finally set my eyes on the VMR V710's in Matte Black. The Avant Garde M310 rims are almost identical but i hear that the 18" M310's don't clear the break calipers for the 335.
Will a 18" VMR V710 rim with 9.5" width be a good match for my car? It is an all wheel drive so i'm probably getting them non staggered 18 by 9.5 all around. My stock rims are 17" so will i feel any loss in performance with the extra weight and size? Offsets 35 all around? What tires are good for these wheels? 225/35/18? I will need run-flats as I have no spare. What brand tires and where to get them from for a good price? Much Thanks. |

As we discussed over the phone, the VMR V710 will work perfectly on your car. As you already know, the VMR V710 Matte Black 18x8.5 ET35 setup is currently on national back order. You can most definitely get the 18x9.5 ET33 with a 225/35/18 to fit if you're looking to go with a non-staggered setup!

Reviving a dead thread, hopefully someone sees this.
I'm in a similar situation, I've got a 2011 e92 335xi. I've got someone telling me (a relative) that 18 X 9.5 ET45 wheels will fit the rear. Is this true. |

Run the calculator.. 30mm less inside clearance.. I would think that's really pushing it.
