Okay guys I am NOT able to connect to a 2011, so anyone with a 2011 has to look for someone else to hook them up with the coding and programs, or you can still get my programs loaded functionally on your laptop for the time being..

I think I might have found out why it didnt work with the 2011 N55. He was on JB4 and the car from what I read needs to be in valet mod for the canbus readings to work!!! lol I have to check with him to see if indeed he can get it to communicate once he finds the correct drivers for his D-can cable. My software drivers was for windows 7, his laptop was windows xp. I need to know so I can check off that 2011 works with my setup..

Just an update. It was indeed the JB4 that caused the NCS expert and INPA to not work with the 2011 N55. So right now everything works!! Programs are good for coding 2007-2011!!! We're good to go! Guys when you come please remind me that u have a tune!!

hey guys, yep, it was the JB4 indeed, everything works, so CN555CI can indeed code a 2011 vehicle for whom ever is interested.

I will also practice coding myself on my own vehicle and once i get it down to a "t" i'll let you guys know because I'd be able to provide support for whom ever needs along with coding cars as well when i have free time

I modified my D-can cable to work with 2006 and earlier models..My brother-in-law has a 2004 E46 that he wants me to code for him, so I made the modification to my D-can cable!....Total cost at radio shack 2 bucks for the switch! Didn't feel like going out to buy the adapter or a new cable..
Earlier models needs pin 7 and 8 to be bridged so I added a switch to make it happen, that way I have one cable that can work for both..

I finally got Progman to work with my bro in laws 2005 E46 cabrio. I told him two weeks ago that I can code his car, but when I went to connect it didnt work, I looked like an ass! lol I finally realized after a week that it was my D-can cable that was the issue and in order for it to work I had to modify it. I did some research and found a DIY on it so I went ahead and installed a switch to my D-can cable to make it compatible for cars pre 3/2007...Now it works!! Progman is terrible coding program, as it is slow as shit and takes forever compared to NCSexpert, but for Car Key Memory and other factory functions its pretty dummy downed version for anyone to understand and my brother in law needed to see menus to understand what he wanted...He is not technically savvy with cars. I hooked up his car with some features he had no idea existed! Got rid of his daytime running lights which he hated, Turned his AC to high climate instead of normal whatever that does! lol
Look at the pic below of how dummy downed the Progman menu is!...You click on the circles to make changes. There is a WHOLE list full of it and when your down you hit 'Encode car' and wait and wait till it says coding ended! lol I wish NCSexpert was this user friendly, but then again it cannot code as much as NCSexpert.
Anyone need this done to there cable let me know.. There is a price though for the parts/time ofcourse

MyFLY335 came down to meet me at my warehouse with his laptop at 1pm today...His laptop was all setup and configured and by 3 he left officially a coder using his own laptop! lol Good Job Nick Now, All you need is to order the cable and you will be on your own...Spread the wealth and knowledge. Coding becomes very addictive!
I am free to help anyone tomorrow if they want to have it setup on their laptop....Only one person per day...So first PM gets my time!
