Whats up everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has had any decent service at South Motor BMW. My service engine soon light came up and I have an appointment on thursday. While dealing with an advisor by the name of Ruben, he noticed my car was lowered. He told me my car is still under warranty so everything would be covered, BUT, the dealer might have to charge me to put it up on the lift since its lowered. Is this bullshit ?

He didnt give me a quote on that, but how hard can it be to slide some 2x4 before driving it on the damn lift. Am I being taken for a ride or what ?

i service my car there and i'm lowered on h&r sport and never had that said to me.

Thing is south motors is near my job. Braman is way off for me. I wish I could take a day off though and take it there.

I live 10 minutes from south motors but they literally do more damage than good. They've broken many parts and I have yet to have some of them fixed. They always put up an argument and are never willing to help. Braman is worth the trip in my opinion.

I deal with Karina @ South Motors & she is awesome.

I've only taken my car there & it's been lowered forever, that my friend is a load of smelly horse shit.(the part of them charging you because its lowered)

i think braman is a POS lol thats where i got my car and had the worst experience ever... that was my first and last car im buying at braman... Ive been going to south motors for more than 10 years

I guess theres no winning ith south Florida dealerships. I need to have some rattles fixed in my interior but i refuse to take it to south motors. I have a hard wired radar detector and I'm hoping wherever I go I won't be given trouble for it since the rattling might be coming from the headliner

Damn man, sorry for sucky experience. getting my car to braman will be mission. Hopefully everything goes well for me at south motors. :fingers crossed:

I beleive she was suppose to help me but was backed up then they stuck me with the other guy.

Good luck man. I recently installed a remote key +. While tapping into the wires under the glovebox, I tapped into one wrong wire which caused an electrical error to show up on my i-drive. It then went away after I corrected the problem. I wonder if they would give me shit for it even though its no longer showing up on my system check.

Guys ask for Paul in BMW parts. Tell him David sent you there and you have a concern about what you were told.

I'm sure he will help out if he can. If not then take it to VGA in Pompano and ask fr don woody. I'm sure he'll take care of you

When I went back to the shop, they never mentioned the extra fee for lifting the car since its lowered. I knew that couldnt be possible.

they ruined the inside of my car trying to find the rattling that I have and tried to fix it by offering a free detail . Luckily I passed it onto my brother since I just got an e92 so its his problem now..

And if you go in with mods ( down pipe And intercooler And charge pipe) how would you guys go about it to not stir the pot too much and have them void you?
