I plan to order a 2012 335i with the M Sport Package, 6-speed maual, and other options for summer Performance Center delivery. Apparently this color/option configuration is not available in Jet Black, only the metallic black. In the June 2012 issue of Bimmer, Matt Russell of BMW NA seems to indicate colors are no problem for BWM individual. Anyone have experience with this? Any dealers willing to help?

I would probably go with nice metallic black rather than pay $5000 for what is usually a normal paint option that won't even stand out. Not to mention, having had JB before.. is the absolute most difficult color paint to maintain. Just my .02, good luck.

Try azurite black in indyvidual that colour is just so perfect

Thanks, I did not realize the cost would be that high. I assumed maybe $500. So, I like BSM and will go with that.
