Hey guys... Had bimmers for a while, but first time posting in this section.

I had a 08 328i coupe and a 09 135i coupe. Now, i have a 09 335i sedean, which i just bought a few weeks ago.

Would be cool to meet up with you guys n see where the car scene is these days.

the guys are meeting this weekend for Import Alliance.......see the import alliance thread. There is also a Mountain Run on Sat(weather pending) and a BMW CCA car show on Sunday.

Depends on what you mean by car scene. The ricers meet every friday night, but the forum meets about once a month. However I have not been able to attend a e90post meet yet unfortunatly.

Need some help with my lux h8 v3 angel eye install.

Just need someone whose familiar with AE install to check and see i did it correctly..

Anyone mind taking a quick look? I am in gwinnett.

Edit: this is on my e90 lci (09 335i sedan)

Its pretty easy. I can do it or you can check with Nivedh, I won't be able to do it until next week. I have family stuff I'm dealing with this weekend. Nivedh is in your area. I'm on the south side. All you are really doing is replacing the existing halogen bulb that powers the angel eyes with the lux bulb and plugging in the connector.

If it's a e90, you might need to remove either the bumper or the wheels.

Good point. I changed the bulbs on an e93 and the e92 is the same but the e90 is slightly different.

If it's the same as the e90 LCI bring it by the BMWCCA Concours at The Forum and I'll take a look. The Concours runs from 11-2 or so. I'll be showing my Henna red e30 M3, so look for me if you want me to check your install.

Anyone have any experience re-polishing wheel lips to original mirror finish (i.e., removing old water marks/white oxidation).

Figured I would post up before purchasing a porter cable and all pads/polishers.

I'm down for a detail day where I can supply a Cyclo for paint correction/polishing.

Digital, I've buffed, polished, dremeled, paint touched up, etc tons of wheels over the years. I even fix my own wheel dings the best I can. It's not hard. Fortunately my Volks are in great shape even though they were made in 2003. I actually wax them way more often than I wax the car itself.

I'm rarely available to meet up and I spend most of this time of year at Lanier but hanging out and detailing is one of my favorite things to do.

Go to digital car audio in lawrenceville by the hooters or the one on pib they should be able to do it
