Low beam headlight failure - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hi

Today my low headlight and fog light warning light came on when I was driving. I have checked the lights and they all seem ok. When I turn on the low beam headlights they flash 3 times and then are fully illuminated.

Can anyone help?

Sorry I meant to say only the passenger headlight flashes 3 times.

I have been having this same problem for the last two years, i took it to the stealers and they charged three hours labor to look but to no avail. It appears it is water related, when i spray washer jets and they clean my lights, my passenger side light goes out while its spraying then comes back on. I also get the three flashes at start-up followed by the dipped low beam error.
