Yes, that is what I see. I think they modified it to bypass check-error. I did have issue with bezel but I've fixed that. It is missing few items such as back cover for one side and top fog cover for both. Of course the ballast, blinkers are not included. I think you can use regular H8 HID in this set since it already has bypass mod.

i'm just concerned whatever modifications were done will be hard or impossible to reverse. i already have OEM xenon so i dont need any modifications.

It's like buying fish in the ocean , how can we buy headlights like these and we don't even know if it works or no , if they were perfect sure you won't sell them for $400.
