Is it me only (might be personal preference) but I like the shiny kidney grills on my 09 much better than the matte\black ones.
Is it me?

Nothing's wrong with you, it's what you like.

I like the glossy black, some like matte black, some like the outer edges painted body color and the insides shiny or black.
