Whoa, nice. Sort of reminds me of an aero lip, except now for an e90 lol.

looks fantastic! I'll just echo what another user said, you should either remove the silver accent bars in the lower grills, or paint them black

They are one piece with the grille so it would have to be paint.

OP you should Photoshop it out and see what you think.

This is a very quick and dirty photoshop of what black accent bars would look like. I haven't ordered photoshop CS5.5 yet for my new PC, so I'm using the gimped (albiet useful) PSElements that came with the machine. So excuse the lack of precision.

dude those black finishing rods are like $15 on tischer - I recommend them. I guess I probably should post car pics someday.

I want a similar lip and like how yours came out.

Looks like yours, pre-cut?

You won't find the lip OP has anywhere. He made the cuts himself. The lip you posted is just another AC Schnitzer lip--note the vertical segments a few inches inboard. Those were cut on OP's lip. If you want his style...either he starts selling or it's time to break out the tools!

Just wanted to bump this up- I had the same exact idea for the eBay ACS rep lip, and amongst my searches to see if anyone else had done it this was the only one! So I had to give the OP some props... Nice job!

I'm surprised no one else has done it... It was the first thing that came to mind when I first ever saw the lip. Definitely has the e92 aero lip feel for the e90. Anyways, I'll most definitely put up pics when mine is done for comparison. Would love to see some more updated pics of the OP's car too! From a bunch of different angles would be great.

Nice I really like it, mold it onto your bumper and with the black finisher rods it'll look great. Some pics of the 240 please! L

Bump bc I like this, how much you think a shop would charge to do this. I definitely plan on buying a rep acs lip and would rather cut those peices off as it makes it look more like an aero lip... so anyone know how much this work would cost, I think it's beyond a DIY for me.
