code automatic wipers

hello all,

just had a thought, would it be possible to code the automatic rain sensor wiper button to be activated all the time/become activated by itself when the car is started?

I know im lazy lol, but thats how it should have been from factory!

thanks

I asked about this before it's not possible. I agree with you automatic wipers are pointless if you still have to push a button to turn them on.

Yes it has been tried in the past - mainly because it is possible to actually have the sunroof tied thru the Rain Sensor coded to close automatically if sensor detects rain.

Would be a nice feature to code, except the car has to be 'On' and the auto switch engaged for this to work

No real reason to have the sunroof auto close with rain sense if the car has to be running and the auto wiper switch manually pushed - by that time you could close the roof yourself...
