I received the same error but I realized I had JB4 still on. After I turned off JB4, I was able to move on but when I make the changes in the FSW_PSW.MAN at step 78 on the NCS DIY.pdf I get a Coding is Faulty error instead of Coding Ended.

Exact Error:
Error in CABD! Look at CABI.ERR and ERROR.LOG
COAPI-1043: error during processing CBD-file CAS3.C09

Also, just looking ahead, I dont have DWAI module to modify my motion sensor for the alarm. Anyone know how to get it listed?

I, too, had JB4. After I changed it to Map 0, all was good to go.
