Similar to mine then equant. Mines mapped at 208bhp/410nm. How much did that set you back if you don't mind me asking? Taken my car for quite a spin today and it's performing excellent when I put down my foot with really good fuel economy when cruising.

The power kit was 1500Euro fitted, and included some hardware upgrades:
- new torque converter
- new, bigger, radiator fan
- larger intercooler and connecting hose
- new ECU with engine software + new steptronic software

Also, warranty was not voided after the operation.
Did you dyno your car after the remap?
Many guys an the internet quoted bigger figures than what bmw is giving, after the dyno test. This guy states 210HP/440Nm:
but i don't know, might just be dyno calibration.

Not too bad then considering all the hardware changes as well

No I didn't have a dyno done on mine. I could have done for 250 or so as they had a rolling road. I chose the cheaper option of 150 and just took it out for a spin with the technician after it had been done. I noticed the difference straight away especially in the low gears. It pulls much harder now and feels smoother going up through the gears much like my old car. Only thing is now I'm used to the extra power and want more. Maybe a 335d next for me (I wish) lol.

Doesn't sound right to me ...

Both but the re learning in particular.

Sounds like it's stored error codes which have meant stop start is disabled. They should have made sure all logged error codes were cleared when they were done with the map.

I saw you have another topic on this issue though
