Does anybody know if it is possible to repair small holes in the dash?

You should look to try some sort of filler with matching paint.

I found fillers, but can't find a paint that will match.
I will probably repaint the entire dash

Oh... I was thinking plasti dip would be a cheap alternative to a paint shop match.
