CPO 2009 335i Sedan but with two accidents!

I'm helping my uncle buy a car and we stumbled upon this 2009 335i Sedan with Technology, Navigation, Sport & Premium package with about 38,000KM for $33,900 and it is still covered by warranty. Today we went to take a look and a test drive. When we got there the sales guy told us that this car had been in an accident in the front right but he said that it has all been fixed by insurance and was certified by BMW. He even showed us the papers from BMW. When we got home we used this free vehicle history report (don't know if it's accurate) and it showed this:

06/21/2009
- MINOR ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: FRONT CENTER
- ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: NON-COLLISION

10/19/2010
- ACCIDENT OR VEHICLE DAMAGE REPORTED: RIGHT FRONT CORNER

10/19/2010
- FRONT IMPACT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE (Case #:10060066)
- AIR BAG DEPLOYED
- VEHICLE WAS TOWED

When we looked at the car, the exterior and the interior looked perfect condition. As this is my uncle's first time driving a BMW he loved everything about this car. Also this was the lowest price with this KM that we found and it just fits in his budget. The only thing that is holding us back is the accidents but it was certified by BMW.

What do you guys think?

Your uncle should ask them to take off another $5K just because it comes with those ugly ass wheels.

wont ever buy a premium car that was in an accident w/ deployed airbags... especially at that price!!! there are a couple threads on here where people described their horror stories with CPOed cars that were previously involved in collisions. One other thing to take into consideration is the serious depreciation that your uncle will encounter as soon as he walks away with it.

Any pics available of the previous damage? Find out where the repairs were done and go speak to them, i would seriously be very interested in the car if it was here in Manitoba. Some repair shops do very good work so don't walk away yet!! ........................ And i totally agree that those wheels kill the look of that car.
