13,700 kms and fuel pump went

Hi There,

Just fyi, even the higher millage 335's are not safe. My e90 335i just went kaput due to fuel pump and I am waiting for towing as I write this.

but we realize that higher mileage cars will have their FP fail too..


they all will fail, relax, bring it to your dealer, they'll put you in a loaner, use this time to take the car on a nice road trip somewhere..


in the meantime, BMW will reimburse you with some compensation

do you travel into the US a lot? Just wondering because I haven't noticed to many canadian HPFP failures being posted. Thx.

In fact, I have not seen much HPFP failures outside of North America.

There was a guy in Dubai who reported a HPFP failure couple of months back.
