Anyone know of some good replacement for your automatic shifter? The one that comes on the BMW now is just so plain. It has no kind of aggressive look. Any ideas?

There's a better matching boot than that, it's from the same BMW Performance lineup as the knob:

What AT knobs are compatible? X3? X5? E60? I want the wood one and they're hard to find aside from going to BMW and paying MSPR. However in the X5 wood was common and ultimately probably easy to get a hold of.
