So I ordered some parts to experiment a dual BOV setup using the stock chargepipe. I buddy of mine 1ForAll has a similar setup with some early Turbosmart prototypes. I am actually very happy with the results ill give the instructions and give more feedback further down.

what is the diameter of the greddy adapter that fits into the stock charge pipe? Any one who has done this do you have a picture of what the end of the adapter looks like? Just curious if it is special to hook up like the diverts do?

I instead used the same 1" rubber chair caps that the OP used. They fit perfectly. Got them at Home Depot for $4.
This will sound stupid but do you remember what part # or brand you bought at home depot? I just don't want to buy ones that don't fit and have to go back and get something different. Thanks.

Also FWIW, I couldn't find the Greddy style mounts for less than $45 at AWD (ebay link in OP) - I just bought two of those

I don't have the package anymore. You can take one of your diverter valves with you. The smaller end is the exact same size as what you will be plugging. The packaging is loose enough for you to vaguely put it on to test fitment. However if you can't, they are the 1" plugs.

Just a point of clarification that needs to be made -

Turbosmart does not release or sell "early prototype" product to anyone.

Every Turbosmart product goes through an intensive development process that can take up to two years before it will become available to anyone other than Turbosmart employees.

On a side note it seems completely pointless, I did 2 of the greddy ones.. (why do people do one of each) Anyway I can barely hear anything. I cant hear anything at all while driving, i can only hear it a little bit if i rev it in neutral. Kind of seems like adding cheap china parts to a $50k car.. Hope they dont have any negative effects on the engine/performance
Is it possible i did something wrong or need to adjust something since i dont hear much?
Take a picture ... are you running the vacum lines on one bov or splitting with Y splitter?

So I am thinking about doing this. Would I just order 2x of the parts below?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/GUNMETAL-TYP...3cdff8&vxp=mtr

http://www.ebay.com/itm/BOV-GReddy-M...03b913&vxp=mtr (Anyone know the diameter required to fit the n54 chargepipe?)

I noticed some of the type RS BOV's came with an mounting plate thing. Any idea what the millimeter measurement is on the one we need? Im assuming its diameter of the actual 'shaft'(for lack of a better term)

Hey guys

I just did this mod yesterday with an HKS and GReddy bov...

the hks was a pain and i have to modify the clips to make it fit so we just put the Greddy valve on there however, im not getting any sound.

When you rev up you only hear the engine noise and nothing else.

I used the hole closest to the firewall and let the other one with the stock diverter valve... any ideas??

Thanks!
