Small Mods make a Big Difference

My car is a 2008 335i bone stock till about a week ago when I felt like I had made up my mind as to what little things I wanted to change about the car.

The car was laking in grip so some new Hankook V12 Evos were ordered and now the car takes off like never before!

I then picked up a few pieces of vinyl from a shop and started pulling out the trim pieces. I had the M3's interior to copy, matte black console with carbon fibre dash and door trim.

Turned out nicely and if anyone has any questions or needs help, give me a shout!

Today I took apart the steering wheel in order to move around the paddle shifter controls ultimately making them right (+) and left (-) the way I believe they should always be.

I recently bought these Khoalty LCI Angel Eye Bulbs found here:

and how can you go wrong with $8 bulbs for a fresh look? Real happy with these guys!

First post so easy on the comments!

There are some little tricks to it but this gives a good idea of how to do the Paddle Shifter mod

Best mods ever were very small: painted reflectors, black grilles, vinyl trim, and black painted calipers and hubs

Paint the vertical slants on the front grill too. Take off the front plate as well. I don't like the painted side markers. Bought my white ones from a vendor on this site and they didn't really match. Looked cheap even if it did as you can see the outline.

Oh yea - welcome!
