Question Curb rash repair cost in Tampabay area?

No pics to share but just looking for an average idea of what repair for a simple curb rash goes for. There are 2 areas, both on the edge of the rim, and the painted surface is naturally gone but the rash isn't too deep. I'm no expert but I'd say it's a simple job, nothing major or involved. This is on E90 Sport Package 18" wheels.

My dealer quoted me for $150. Good, bad? Car is currently in for service, probably be there all day... hopefully they decide to upgrade the iDrive s/w for my CD skipping issue.

If you know of someone reputable that could restore it to near perfection for a better price let me know. They also quoted me $100 for a ding on the panel in front of the driver side door, any opinions on that would be a plus.

Thanks!

Thanks for the update

Yea there was some peeling on the inner handle (driver door) and steering wheel next to the volume +/- buttons. SA said he'd check w/his manager to see if he'd sign off on it to fix it. Based on what others have gotten covered under warranty I'd hope they get it taken care of. Peeling started right at 18K.

I doubt I'd be able to pick it up tonight either way (my schedule doesn't permit at the moment) so most likely tomorrow.

Friend of mine's gonna give me some guy's number... fixed his rim with a polished lip up for about $125 so might be a better deal, I think my wheel would be considered simpler than his.

Got the s/w update, not sure what the latest version used was. SA didn't know and I asked some tech I found outside and asked him and he said it's always updated to the latest version and he thought it was up to v25 now but I know v26 is currently out so hopefully it's the latter Very happy with the updates in this version!
